I feel like the first day I came here was almost like a turning point bcoz it made me acknowledge certain aspects about myself that I wasn't aware about. I considered parts of myself that I never really gave importance to and turns out they were the areas I needed to work into. The therapy sessions have been helpful in the gradual transformation of my thoughts.
